As the number of Branch Clubs grew last century, local committees were formed to co-ordinate activities in the area and support each other, and in due course make representation to General Committee. These committees became known as Amalgamated Committees.
There are nine Amalgamated Committees:

Mid-Ulster Amalgamated Committee
County Down Amalgamated Committee
Ballymena & District Amalgamated Committee
Scottish Amalgamated Committee
